The brokerages phone service is provided exclusively through a partnership with Sprint. We would rather use our own phone service, which is free. We have no plans to return to the brokerages phone services. The problem is that the brokerages are the only company that will still have phone access to your account. Because you do not have them, your brokerages account is basically dead. This is not a problem per se, but if you do not have access to the brokerages phone numbers, you cant even call them. The problem is simple, we cannot call the account holders because we do not have access to their phone numbers. After a few minutes, the brokerages send us a message saying they have a problem, so we can’t use their phone service anymore. When we use their phone services, the brokerages are in charge of calling the account holders and sending them messages. Once you have done this, you can access the brokerages website to check your account balance. Once the customer’s account is linked, the brokers send you a text message asking you to link your account to the brokerages platform. Anyone who has an account with a brokerage firm can use the brokerages platform to make phone and email calls to the account holders. In its new form, the brokerages platform is a phone and email based service.

Also, if your account can no longer be used, you can try again through the website. During an outage, you can’t go inside if you don’t have access to a key, so we highly recommend having your brokerages account be linked to an external phone or email account so that you can make emergency calls. The brokers venue is a large building in downtown Seattle, with a large open space that was previously used to host a variety of events. Still, I wanted to share a few things from the event that we hope will help brokerages customers find their way back online. When you’re dealing with a small group of people you don’t want to have to worry about some of the things that can happen during an outage, like having the whole event cancelled.
